Accessibility commitment

Make grant guidance understandable and usable by more people

Bradford Grants is designed toward WCAG 2.2 AA with accessibility treated as an ongoing product requirement across public information, forms, protected workflows, documents, and support.

Interaction and presentation

The experience targets keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful headings, labels and instructions, sufficient contrast, text alternatives, zoom, reflow, touch targets, and reduced-motion preferences.

Forms and dynamic help

Errors should be identified in text, announced appropriately, focused in a useful order, and recoverable without losing work. Scout guidance must remain available without requiring animation or pointer input.

Testing and feedback

Automated checks are paired with keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, responsive, and manual workflow review. Accessibility feedback is triaged as product work rather than deferred decoration.
